The consumer has the right to return the product of proper quality to the seller from whom it was purchased, if the product did not satisfy him in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color or size.
The consumer has the right to exchange a product of inadequate quality for a similar product without defects, if such is available, or to choose another product from the assortment for the same amount.
The consumer has the right to an exchange or return within fourteen days from the moment of placing the order, provided that the product's product type, all tags and original packaging are preserved.
The cost of delivery of exchange and return of products of appropriate quality is paid by the buyer.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN ARE NOT SUBJECT TO:
⁃ Items that were in use
⁃ Items that have been dry cleaned or washed.
⁃ Items without tags and labels.
⁃ Items which were used for photo/video shootings.
⁃ Pieces that were made accordingly to customer’s individual parameters.
⁃ International orders.
⁃ Hats.
EXCHANGE/RETURN RULES:
- fill out an exchange/return application and send it to the email address ordercenc@gmail.com
- in the subject of the letter, indicate:
"Order exchange/return #order_number".

– wait for a return letter confirming the exchange/return (no later than 24 hours).
– pack the products to be exchanged/returned in the original packaging, check the presence of tags and labels.
- send the package to the following data:

Refunds are made within 7 working days after receiving the product.
